At zendoza, your satisfaction and peace of mind mean everything to us. 💛
We proudly stand behind the quality of our mom-and-baby products. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and clear instructions for sending your package.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll fix it right away—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened baby care or maternity products

  • Nursing/feeding accessories once unsealed

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials (e.g., sprays, liquids)


🔄 Exchanges

Want to swap for another product?
The easiest way is to return your original item and place a new order after your refund is processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund—no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
